One of a kind hand made Komebukuro style rice bag. Komebukuro bags were a simple cotton draw string bag used to carry rice to the temples in Japan as a form of offering, hence the name Kome(rice) Bukuro(bag). We have a selection of simple fun bags to more intricate pieced fabrics and hand embroidery. All bags handmade with care in beautiful Austin Texas.
